This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the highly sought-after Village by the Beach community, just a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the sandy shores of North Padre Island!

The first floor features a welcoming guest bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find the spacious master suite with its own private bathroom. The living room sofa easily converts into a comfortable sleeper, allowing this home to sleep up to 6 guests.

You'll love being just steps away from the stunning resort style pool, one of the best on the island! Local restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are all within a 10-minute drive, making this the perfect location for convenience and relaxation.

The condo includes bath towels in each bathroom (please bring your own beach/pool towels). The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils for cooking and serving a meal. Guests are also provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, and small toiletry items. For longer stays or heavier use, we recommend bringing additional supplies.
