Seascape Properties began in 2019 under our favorite in charge, Amanda Barmore. Her first taste of the vacation rental industry was ‘born’ when she got the itch to purchase a vacation rental on North Padre Island in Corpus Christi, TX. Accidentally she found herself being requested to manage other properties and she realized she had a passion for it too. Focused and hungry in this new hobby, she grew from a few managed properties to twenty, then forty, and before she knew it, it was blooming into a full-fledged business. By 2021, Seascape Properties had more than doubled.
Today, we manage over 90 properties. However, we don’t “just” manage properties, we are freedom fairies and happiness grantors. You may be thinking, what do you mean freedom fairies…and happiness grantors? Well, for starters we give our homeowners the freedom to leave all their home management worries to us. For our guests, we are the team here first to be the start to all the happiness they dare to discover during their stay. Whether their travels here are for business or pleasure, they all deserve to feel happy. It is our mission that all guests find happy in a Seascape Property.
This is why every one on our Seascape team understands that we are a guests first and last contact, so it’s important that we create that meaningful experience from start to finish and leave our guests “happy!”
You may be asking yourself-what else do we do that sets us apart from other property management companies, and thus why should you choose us?
Unlike some of our competitors, we all live close to our properties, which means we are literally a hands-on team who continually strive to provide that special, personal touch of care to each guests’ stay. It’s not just in our actions but this level of hospitality and attention lives in our hearts. Care like this has become somewhat of a lost art in the hospitality industry, but at Seascape, we mandate it.
As a bonus, we love what we do and we know how to have fun doing it too!
Our little story may have begun as Amanda’s accidental hobby, but as you can see what she built over time was a family grounded in hospitality first and foremost. When you peel back our company you will find behind the name is people just like you, people who ultimately know that the most important gift we can give guests is just to care. We take this as our daily fuel and pour it all back into our business.
We are proud to be where we are today, knowing we have created jobs, memories, and shared our love of our wonderful island.
