This home is a 2 bedroom town home at Village by the Beach. This unit faces the dunes and is super close to the beach! A short 5 minute walk, and you are relaxing on the sandy shores of Padre Island! This is a two story home, so stairs are required to access the second floor.
This unique lay out features all bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and laundry room on the first floor. The second floor hosts the living spaces, kitchen, and an additional full bathroom. This may seem odd, but hear me out: the second story boasts amazing views of the dunes and nature from the private balcony on the second floor!
What you can expect from a stay at this home:
-2 Bedrooms: King bed in master bedroom, and a bunk bed with two twins and a full size bed in the guest room.
-Max occupancy of 6 guests
-3 bathrooms, with towels for showers (pack pool towels, we do not offer those)
-Kitchen with dishes needed to cook and serve meals
-Two assigned parking spaces, with street parking available for additional vehicles
-TWO pools! A resort style pool is located at the complex in addition to a smaller more low key pool (Both are amazing!)
-Wifi
-TVs in each bedroom and 1 in the living room
-Washer and dryer
-Private patio on first floor, and private balcony on second floor
Please keep the following HOA and condo rules in mind:
-No pets
-No smoking
-No parties
-Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
-Booking guest MUST be 21 or older
-The person booking the home must be present during the stay
-Trailers may not be parked at this complex. Most visitors to the area will rent a space at Marker 37 to leave trailers.

This prime location and refreshing pool make this the perfect vacation spot for families, couples, or a beach-loving getaway with friends!
****The condo includes bath towels in each bathroom (please bring your own beach/pool towels). The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils for cooking and serving a meal. Just pack spices and groceries! Guests are also provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, and small toiletry items. For longer stays or heavier use, we recommend bringing additional supplies.
