Welcome to your home away from home in Corpus Christi! This Padre Island vacation home is perfect for multi family trips, girls trips, or fishing trips for the guys! 

Key Features:

Sleeping Arrangements: Three master bedrooms! One king size bed/ bedroom/bathroom is on the first floor. There is also a sleeper sofa on the first floor. The second floor features two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, while the other upstairs room has a full/twin bunk bed. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk in showers. There are no bathtubs. This home sleeps 9 people max, per city permit.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals in the modern kitchen with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You will find plenty of dishes for cooking and serving meals at home. There is also a K-cup coffee maker. 

Bathroom: There are 3.5 bathrooms. There is a full bath with a walk-in shower on the first floor, in addition to a half bathroom also on the first floor. The second floor features two full bathrooms, each attached to a bedroom. There are no bathtubs, just walk in showers.  

Washer and Dryer: Washer/dryer are in the unit, no need to share with anyone!

Location: This home is located near Whitecap Beach. You can easily walk across the street down a little sidewalk to access the beach, OR take a 2 minute drive to the beach! 

Dog Friendly: We allow ONE dog only, must be under 20lbs. Guests must claim the pet on their reservation and pay the animal fee. We do not allow multiple dogs. We do not allow any other animal. No cats, bunnies, birds, etc. Please note that bringing a pet is a luxury that requires a great deal of cleaning between guests. We ask they not be allowed on beds and couches.

Things to consider: Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or visit a local grocery store. 

We do not provide beach gear or beach towels, so be sure to pack those. If you are cold natured, consider packing an extra blanket. There is one blanket for each bed. 

Don't forget: 
-SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED
-ONE dog only allowed; fee required, no other animals
-The booking guest should be 21+ and must be a guest during the reservation
