Coastal condo w/ 3 master bedrooms walking distance from the beach! This beautiful 2 story condo has the perfect amount of space for family and friends to get together whether it be around the large breakfast bar and living area or outback grilling. Stay inside and watch the premium movie channels or get some sun at the pool or beach that's just a short walk across the street and through the dunes. Rent a golf cart and explore the island and all the local fun shops or restaurants!

Guests will have access to the entire condo, pool area, and 2 designated parking spots. Additional cars may park on the street. Guests should never park in a space not designated to their unit.

Inside guests will enter the first floor and find a master bedroom with a king bed, a half bath in the hallway, a washer and dryer, and living/dining room. The kitchen is also downstairs and it is stocked with your basic cooking needs in terms of dishes. Be sure to pack spices! We try to keep some there, but they come and go. This home sleeps 7 people max, per city permit.

On the second floor you will find that each bedroom has an attached bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bunk on top.

The beach is not far! There is a sidewalk leading to the dunes. Follow Robla Drive, cross Windward Drive, and walk the path to the beach! If you want to drive, no worries, Whitecap Beach entrance is literally a 2 minute drive!

The pool is a shared pool. The complex has 8 units, so a total of 8 units have access to the pool.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! Be sure to pack coffee and beach towels.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, pool area, and 2 designated parking spots.

Guests may bring 1 dog, under 20lbs. There is a $90 pet fee. Guests should register their pet when they book. Pets are not permitted on beds or couches.
