Downstairs:There is a master suite downstairs that features a bedroom with a king bed attached to a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a half bathroom downstairs, washer and dryer, kitchen, living space, and dining room area. There is a back door leading to a small patio space. 
Upstairs:There is another master bedroom upstairs that features a queen bed and an attached bathroom. There are also two other bedrooms, one features a bunk with a full size bed on the bottom and twin on top. The third guest room has two twin beds. There is an additional bathroom upstairs for the two guest rooms to share. 
Parking: There are two assigned parking spaces that correspond with your house number. There are additional unmarked spaces for guest parking, and the street is very wide, so it is a common practice to park on the street. Parking is enforced: YOU CANNOT PARK IN SOMEONE ELSE'S SPOT.
Nearby Boating and Fishing Options: The complex does not offer trailer or boat parking, but you can rent a space nearby at Marker 37. There are also many boat launches on the island you can search for online. 
What you can expect: Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home.

We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee. Be sure to pack pool towels or purchase some from local beach shops. If you are cold natured, consider bringing an extra blanket.
