Enjoy the views and evening shade from your balcony that overlooks the canal. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect space for families and friends to get together and make life long memories. The master bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably in a king bed while the guest room can accommodate 3 with its queen and twin. A fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit are added bonuses. The pool is gated with a sitting area by the canal. Lastly, bring your poles and cast a line from the pier!
This unit is on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators.
Guests will be able to use the entire condo as well as the complex pool and deck by the canal. Guest may use the boat slip & lift, covered parking (one reserved spot) and overflow parking. Guests may also fish off of the bank or piers on the canal.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!
