Bring the family and make some memories in this 2 bedroom condo that is located directly across the street from the beach! We've got a king, queen, and sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 6 people with plenty of additional space to spread out and move around. Cool off downstairs in the courtyard pool or take the short walk across the street to the beach! At night take advantage of the grilling stations or rent a golf cart and cruise to one of our local island hotspots. We've got it all!!

Enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway in this comfortable condo, perfectly located near the beach! Whether you're planning a weekend escape, fishing trip, or extended stay, this inviting space offers everything you need for a stress free vacation.

The condo features a cozy living space, a beautiful courtyard, and access to a shared pool, making it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. The full kitchen allows you to prepare meals, snacks, or drinks before heading to the beach or exploring local restaurants.

Conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach, this property provides easy access to sand, surf, fishing spots, and popular local attractions. This home away from home is great, but LOCATION is everything! Here you can WALK to the beach, and walk to The Sandbar, Salty Dog, and Brewster's!

The property is secured with a privacy fence around the parking lot and a gated entrance into the condo. The units form a U -shape around the pool.

Guests will be able to use all of the amenities of the complex including the parking lot, pool, and grilling area. There is no assigned parking in the open parking lot at the complex.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or shop locally.

If you are cold natured, consider packing an extra blanket. We do offer towels for each bathroom, but please bring your beach/pool towels.

Traveling with a boat? There is not a boat slip or trailer parking permitted, BUT there is a local Marina nearby! Marker 37 is the place for your boating needs when staying on North Padre Island.  There are also many boat launches on the island you can search for online. PLEASE note: you may NOT park your trailer in the parking lot. It is a small complex and trailers are not allowed. You may park it on the street, but keep in mind, per city ordinance, it must be connected to a vehicle. 

HOA RULES:
-NO ANIMALS ALLOWED, strictly enforced
-NO SMOKING in the pool area, smoking must take place in the parking lot only
-NO PARTIES or underage drinking
-Trailers and boats may not park in the parking lot
-Guests may use grills provided at the complex, but may NOT bring any grill like devices of their own to use on site

This second floor condo (no elevator access) overlooks the pool and is literally across the street from the beach. Perks of this location include easy beach access, and the bathrooms and rinse stations on the seawall!
