Take the 3 minute walk across the street for a beach day or stay close and bring the family downstairs to relax in the courtyard at the pool while your chef cooks dinner on one of the BBQ grills. For more adventures, rent a golf cart and cruise the island in style to check out local island hotspots!

The condo features a cozy living space, a beautiful courtyard, and access to a shared pool, making it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. The full kitchen allows you to prepare meals, snacks, or drinks before heading to the beach or exploring local restaurants.

Conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach, this property provides easy access to sand, surf, fishing spots, and popular local attractions. This home away from home is great, but LOCATION is everything! Here you can WALK to the beach, and walk to The Sandbar, Salty Dog, and Brewster's!

-SECOND FLOOR, single story condo, there is NOT an elevator at this complex
-FREE parking! Open parking, with no permit needed

The property is secured with a privacy fence around the parking lot and a gated entrance into the condo. The units form a U -shape around the pool.

Guests will be able to use all of the amenities of the complex including the parking lot, pool, and grilling area. There is no assigned parking in the open parking lot at the complex.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or shop locally.

If you are cold natured, consider packing an extra blanket. We do offer towels for each bathroom, but please bring your beach/pool towels.

Traveling with a boat? There is not a boat slip or trailer parking permitted, BUT there is a local Marina nearby! Marker 37 is the place for your boating needs when staying on North Padre Island.  There are also many boat launches on the island you can search for online. PLEASE note: you may NOT park your trailer in the parking lot. It is a small complex and trailers are not allowed. You may park it on the street, but keep in mind, per city ordinance, it must be connected to a vehicle. 

HOA RULES:
-NO ANIMALS ALLOWED, strictly enforced
-NO SMOKING in the pool area, smoking must take place in the parking lot only
-NO PARTIES or underage drinking
-Trailers and boats may not park in the parking lot
-Guests may use grills provided at the complex, but may NOT bring any grill like devices of their own to use on site
This unit is on the second floor. There is no elevator.


Did I mention you can walk to the beach? Yes! You can! Michael J. Ellis beach is literally across the street. You will also be in walking distance to many local restaurants!
