LOCATION is key! And we have that down! This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located right across the street from the beach! You can literally walk to the beach in 3 minutes. There are multiple restaurants in walking distance also! This condo has recently been updated and offers all the amenities you need to enjoy a beachy vacation in Corpus Christi. 

Of course we know you will enjoy this stylish condo, BUT really the location is the best part of this home. The Sandbar, Salty Dog, and Brewster's are all in walking distance to this condo. Michael J. Ellis Beach is also literally across the street! So enjoy great food, nightlife, and the beach and never even have to get in your car! Or you can rent a golf cart and ride in style like the locals!

What you can expect staying with us:

-Master Bedroom: King bed, TV in bedroom, charging stations, attached bathroom with shower (no bathtub)

-Guest Room: Queen bed, twin bed, TV in bedroom

-Living Room: Features a queen sofa bed, we do provide linens for the sofa bed also

-Guest Bathroom: Features shower/tub combo; towels for showers

-Washer/Dryer: There is a washer and dryer in the condo, we do provide a small starter set of laundry pods

-Kitchen: Dishes provided to cook and serve meals; drip coffee maker provided also;  (pack spices and coffee)

Pool: The complex offers a well maintained pool for guests to share

Courtyard: This complex also shares a beautifully maintained courtyard that features seating, grills for guest use, and an outdoor shower station

Parking: There is open parking, all first come first serve (boat trailers are NOT allowed to be parked in the complex)

WiFi: We do offer wifi

Gated Community: This little slice of paradise is nestled in a gated courtyard making is a very safe place to stay! The parking lot is NOT gated, but all of the condos are. This is a small complex, cozy, well maintained, and in an amazing location across the street from Michael J. Ellis Beach. 
Extras to Enjoy: We do have two bikes you may use to explore the area!

*****PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOME IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR- there is NO elevator

Things to note:-Animals are NOT allowed per HOA
-Trailers may not be parked at the complex (check out Marker 37 if you need to rent a space for your trailer)
-The booking guest should be 21 or older and should be present during the stay
-Max occupancy is 7, this may NOT be exceeded per city permit and HOA rules
-Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or shopping locally
-We do NOT provide beach gear, but you can buy some from local beach shops!
-Beach towels are NOT offered, you can buy some from local beach shops or pack some from home

****Animals are NOT allowed per HOA rules: violators will be FINED and asked to leave.
