While there is no dedicated boat slip, you can easily launch from Marker 37, and you may also use the shared dock when available (3 day max)
Guests are welcome to fish off the backyard deck and enjoy the coastal experience right at your doorstep.
A grill is available at the community pool for guest use.
The garage is available for guests to store beach gear and such, BUT please note: GUESTS MAY NOT PARK THEIR CARS IN THE GARAGE. Guests may park in front of the garage or in unmarked guest parking spaces at the complex. GUESTS MAY NOT PARK INSIDE THE GARAGE.
There is unmarked parking throughout the complex for additional vehicles.
Washer and dryer on site (in the garage).
The pool is a shared space with other guests at the complex.

Please consider:
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. We provide a coffee maker, but pack your own coffee. Additionally, we provide bath towels but not beach towels, so pack a few beach towels for the beach trips you will definitely make because the beach is not far at all!
Be sure to pack your beach gear or buy some from local shops!
