Palm Bay 605
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. The kitchen has all the cooking basics you may need. There are two coffee pots, drip and K-Cup machines. Just bring your groceries and coffee!
Pets under 25 lbs. are permitted. Pet fee is $65. DOG ONLY, no cats, bunnies, etc.
This condo is located in the Palm Bay complex about a mile from Whitecap Beach. You'll be able to appreciate the well-kept grounds, resort pool, and overall relaxing atmosphere.
This is a one-bedroom unit with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. It is spacious enough to sleep 4 easily. We do provide linens for all beds as well as bath towels for guest use inside the condo.
There is a private patio for guests to enjoy and propane gas grills located throughout the complex for guest use as well.
Guests will have access to the resort style pool area, located in the middle of the complex. A key is required and will be provided to enter the gated pool area. Pool/beach towels are not provided so please plan on packing from home.
For parking, there is 1 dedicated parking spot and several additional guest parking spots throughout the complex.
We live on the island and will be available 24/7 for any guest needs. Feel free to ask for any of our favorite local recommendations!
