This cozy one bedroom condo, comfortable situation on the first floor, is located at the coveted Palm Bay Resort Complex. Enjoy a fully stocked condo at a complex known for its resort style pool! Local restaurants and beaches are near by, making this THE location for a perfect beach getaway!

Key Features:

Sleeping Arrangements: There is a king bed in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room converts into a sleeper sofa. This home accommodates 4 people, per city permit. Linens for beds are provided.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals in the modern kitchen with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You will find plenty of dishes for cooking and serving meals at home.

Bathroom: The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and a starter set of toiletries. There is a tub/shower for guests to use.

Washer and Dryer: Washer/dryer are in the unit, no need to share with anyone!

First Floor Location: Located on the first floor, this single story home is perfect for those who don't want to climb flights of stairs during their vacation!

Boats/Trailers: There is not a boat slip, and trailer parking is not permitted, BUT there is a local Marina nearby! Marker 37 is the place for your boating needs when staying on North Padre Island. There are also many boat launches on the island you can search for online. PLEASE note: you may NOT park your trailer in the parking lot.. You may park it on the street, but keep in mind, per city ordinance, it must be connected to a vehicle.

-Resort style pool, heated in off season, at HOA discretion-One assigned parking space (guest parking for other vehicles). The HOA determines when the pool will be heated. It is based on outdoor temps, and this usually happens in December-February, contingent on weather.

Things to consider: Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or visit a local grocery store. We do not provide beach gear or beach towels, so be sure to pack those. If you are cold natured, consider packing an extra blanket. There is one blanket for each bed.

-ANIMALS are NOT permitted at this property
-Trailers are not allowed to be parked at this complex
-The booking guest should be 21+ and must be a guest during the reservation

Great location, close to the beac

This is our second stay at Palm Bay. Great location, close to the beach and a few restaurants/stores, has a nice pool for little ones. Amanda has been super helpful and responsive, as she always does.
