Amazing poolside condo with private patio! This unit is unique as it's the only one in the complex w/2 designated parking spots and huge enclosed patio. Situated right by the pool, enjoy your favorite drink outside or kick off your shoes and relax in the cutely decorated 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 6. Want to live the island life? Rent a golf cart and cruise down to Whitecap Beach which is less than a mile away!

This Home Features:
-2 Bedrooms, sleeps 6 (per city permit): The space comfortably sleeps 6 with a king in the master, a queen bed in the guest, and a queen pull-out in the living room
-2 Bathrooms
-Pool side condo
-Private patio space
-Wifi
-Washer/dryer
-Linens and towels provided for beds and bathrooms
-Two assigned parking spaces
-Kitchen is stocked with dishes to prepare meals
-Resort style pool at the complex (heated in off season)
-Less than a mile from Whitecap Beach
-Grills throughout the complex for guest use

Parking: This unit is awesome with 2 parking spots right by the door.

Grills: There are grills throughout the complex you may use. Guests may not bring their own grills on site. Grills may not be moved either. Private grilling on the patio is prohibited per HOA, but there are plenty of shared grills to use throughout the complex.

Consumable Items: Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or shop locally.

Pool Use: The resort style pool is a dream! Large and well kept! There will be a key inside the unit you will use to access the pool.

Boats/Trailers: There is not a boat slip, and trailer parking is not permitted, BUT there is a local Marina nearby! Marker 37 is the place for your boating needs when staying on North Padre Island. There are also many boat launches on the island you can search for online. PLEASE note: you may NOT park your trailer in the parking lot.. You may park it on the street, but keep in mind, per city ordinance, it must be connected to a vehicle.

-See starter set of supplies mentioned above, if you will need more than that, consider packing them or shopping locally

Check out time: 11am

Things to note:
-Animals are NOT allowed
-Booking guest must be present and 21+
-No parties
-No smoking
-Occupancy limit is enforced
-Guests may not bring their own grills or grill like devices
-The HOA determines when the pool will be heated. It is based on outdoor temps, and this usually happens in December-February. BUT it is contingent on weather and beyond our control.

We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - the pool is AMAZING for kids. There is a lot of wonderful shallow space for them to play in the pool. Everything was clean and as described; we would love to stay here again. The condo seems very soundproof; we did not notice any noise coming from the pool while inside. Parking for this unit is conveniently right outside the door to the condo.

Loved the large patio area and proximity to the pool!!!

The location was perfect! Two gas grills right outside the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. Two private parking spaces reserved right outside the door, easy to load and unload our things. Loved the large patio area and proximity to the pool!!! Located right on a beach access road 5 min to the water, no searching up and down for a way to get to the beach. Great amenities, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The IGA grocery store is Whole Foods quality with HEB prices! Best value for the money on the Island!

The vibe and location was everything we were looking for! The property is beautiful, the pool is clean and a great place to relax while the kids have a blast. The location is amazing, the beach is up the road and the Texas State Aquarium is a short drive. Definitely the perfect place for family friendly and safe gateway!

I\'ve never stayed somewhere so fancy!

I have to say, this was by far the best Airbnb I've stayed in. I took my kids for the weekend, and they absolutely loved it. My son, upon discovering the bidet in the bathroom, said "I've never stayed somewhere so fancy!" They loved the pool right out the back door, they loved that there was a tv in each bedroom and the living room. They loved everything about it. I liked the location, 2 minutes from the beach, and would 100% stay here again. Thanks!
