Amazing pool side condo with private patio! This unit is unique as it's the only one in the complex w/2 designated parking spots and huge enclosed patio. Situation right by the pool, enjoy your favorite drink outside or kick off your shoes and relax in the cutely decorated 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 6. Want to live the island life? Rent a golf cart and cruise down to Whitecap Beach which is less than a mile away or check out other hotspots such as the National Seashore, Aquarium or Lexington!

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee. Be sure to pack pool towels or purchase some from local beach shops. If you are cold natured, consider bringing an extra blanket.

This unit is awesome with 2 parking spots right by the door. NO stairs and nobody above you stomping around! The space comfortably sleeps 6 with a king in the master, a queen bed in the guest, and a queen pull out in the living room.

There are grills throughout the complex you may use. Guests may not bring their own grills on site. Grills may not be moved either. private grilling on the patio is prohibited per HOA, but there are plenty of shared grills to use throughout the complex.

We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - the pool is AMAZING for kids. There is a lot of wonderful shallow space for them to play in the pool. Everything was clean and as described; we would love to stay here again. The condo seems very soundproof; we did not notice any noise coming from the pool while inside. Parking for this unit is conveniently right outside the door to the condo.

Loved the large patio area and proximity to the pool!!!

The location was perfect! Two gas grills right outside the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. Two private parking spaces reserved right outside the door, easy to load and unload our things. Loved the large patio area and proximity to the pool!!! Located right on a beach access road 5 min to the water, no searching up and down for a way to get to the beach. Great amenities, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The IGA grocery store is Whole Foods quality with HEB prices! Best value for the money on the Island!

The vibe and location was everything we were looking for! The property is beautiful, the pool is clean and a great place to relax while the kids have a blast. The location is amazing, the beach is up the road and the Texas State Aquarium is a short drive. Definitely the perfect place for family friendly and safe gateway!

I\'ve never stayed somewhere so fancy!

I have to say, this was by far the best Airbnb I've stayed in. I took my kids for the weekend, and they absolutely loved it. My son, upon discovering the bidet in the bathroom, said "I've never stayed somewhere so fancy!" They loved the pool right out the back door, they loved that there was a tv in each bedroom and the living room. They loved everything about it. I liked the location, 2 minutes from the beach, and would 100% stay here again. Thanks!
