Relax at this cozy condo for 3 located within walking distance to the beach! Inside you'll find everything you need for a peaceful getaway including a fully stocked kitchen, wifi, and a private balcony upstairs. The complex also offers an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and a coined laundry center. Need more adventure? Rent a golf cart and cruise the island in style while visiting our island hot spots as well as other local attractions such as the Aquarium and Lexington. This is it!

This unit has a spacious downstairs that encompasses the living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath. There is a queen-sized bed located upstairs in the loft space. This condo accommodates 2 guests.

The kitchen has basic cookware, there are plates, flatware, and other basic dishes so you can cook homemade meals! There is a drip coffee maker, but pack coffee as we not provide coffee.

Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the amenities offered by the complex such as the coined laundry facility, heated indoor pool, and hot tub!

From this unit you'll be able to enjoy a walk to the beach or if you'd like, be an islander and rent a golf cart during your stay! We recommend Joyride Rentals who always rent out other things such as beach bikes. Reservations can be made online (search Joyride rentals in Corpus Christi). Try out some other local places such as Island Joe's or Padre Island Burger Co!.

Everything is close on the island! We've got 3 stops lights with the last 2 leading you to a beach! From this unit you can walk to the beach or take the short drive in your car or golf cart. The complex has a dedicated parking lot to its guests only.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home.

We do not provide beach gear but you can rent it from local businesses!

HOA strictly prohibits animals at this complex.
