Spacious 3 bed 2.5 bath corner unit condo w/canal views from balcony! This home has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay including a balcony off the master and a private patio that backs up to the pool making it easy to watch the kids. Bring your boat and fishing poles and take advantage of the quick access to the Packery Channel or head for the sand to the beach a mile down the road. Rent a golf cart and cruise the island in style and check out all the local restaurants and shops!!

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! Be sure to pack coffee and beach towels.

This two story condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a patio right outside the pool, two parking spaces, and a fishing dock only a few steps away from the door! Please note: all bedrooms are located on the second floor.
There is a boat slip for each unit. The slips and fishing docks are only for guests at the complex.

Trailers cannot be parked in the complex parking lot. They may be parked on the street or rent a space at a place like Marker 37.

PLEASE NOTE: Grills are not allowed at this complex. Animals are NOT allowed at this property.
