Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to relax and make memories! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 story condo that sleeps 7. There are 2.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living room. The back patio is near the pool for easy access to relax! There is a private boat slip and great fishing off the private pier for guest use.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! Be sure to pack coffee and beach towels.

Bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a half bath on the first floor. The pool is directly behind the back porch! There are private boat slips and fishing docks for guests staying at the complex located next to the building.

There are two assigned parking spaces for guests. Additional vehicles should be parked on the street. Boat trailer should be parked on the street or check out Marker 37 to rent a space.

We live on the island and are available 24/7 for guests needs or concerns. Feel free to even ask us for recommendations!
