Beautiful condo located canal side and close to the beach! The incredibly spacious first floor is perfect for entertaining and includes the private back patio that's close to the pool. Upstairs comfortably sleeps 8 with a king in the master, a room with a queen, and 2 twin bunks in the 3rd room. A trip to the beach is a quick 2 minutes ride or plan to bring your boat and tie up in the boat slip or throw a line in the canal!

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! Be sure to pack coffee and beach towels!

Upstairs comfortably sleeps 8 with a king in the master, a room with a queen, and 2 twin bunks in the 3rd room. Trailers are not permitted in the parking lot but can be parked on the street or check our Marker 37 to rent a space for your trailer.

The boat slips and fishing docks are only for guests staying at this property.

We live on the island and are available 24/7 for any guest needs or concerns! We are also happy to give recommendations if you're looking for some!
