This beautifully update condo will be the perfect vacation spot for your family or group of friends. This home offers many ways to relax whether it's sitting on the private back patio, lounging at the pool, fishing in the canal, or hanging at the beach that's about a mile away. Want to live the island life? Rent the golf cart, cruise around and check out some local restaurants and shops. Or stay close and take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and cook for everyone! Just live on island time!

This unit does have a 4 seater golf cart that is available for rent (additional cost; optional add on). It will come gassed up, clean and ready to use. Must provide 24 hours lead time to prepare it for guest use.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! Be sure to pack coffee and beach towels.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath property has a king, queen, two twin beds, and a cot bed, to comfortably sleep 7. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There are no elevators.

There are two assigned parking spaces. All additional vehicles should park on the street. Guests should never park in spaces not assigned to their unit. Boat trailer should be parked on the street or seek spaces like Marker 37 to rent a space for their trailers.

The boat slips are located to the side of the building with fishing docks guest may use to fish from also. These docks and slips are only for guests staying at this complex.

The beach is about a 3 min drive or 10 min walk away! This location is near North Packery Beach.

We live on the island and we available 24/7 to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Grills are not allowed at this complex. Animals are NOT allowed at this property.
