Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish loft with pool and canal views from your private balcony. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook from home and it's centrally located to several great island restaurants if you're looking to enjoy a nice meal out. Downstairs enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool area or grab your fishing pole and throw a line into the canal. Before you go, make sure you grab your beach towel and make a day at one of the near by beaches!
This studio home features:
-Queen bed
-Wifi-Canal water access-Pool
-Elevator access (home is on the 3rd floor, easily accessible by elevator)-TV-Private balcony-Washer/dryer-Dishes in the kitchen to prepare meals
-Coffee maker (drip coffee maker; we do not offer coffee, so be sure to pack that)
-Towels in the bathroom and sheets on beds
-2 person occupancy, max, per city ordinance-Private entrance (code provided before check in)
The parking lot is a private parking lot for the complex. We will provide you a permit that you will place on your vehicle when you arrive. Guests will receive one permit. Additional vehicles will need to be parked on the city street.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! We provide a drip coffee pot, we do not provide coffee. We provide towels for bathroom use, but do not provide beach towels, be sure to pack beach towels or purchase from local beach shops.
Traveling with a boat? There is not a boat slip or trailer parking permitted, BUT there is a local Marina nearby! Marker 37 is the place for your boating needs when staying on North Padre Island. There are also many boat launches on the island you can search for online. PLEASE note: you may NOT park your trailer in the parking lot. It is a small complex and trailers are not allowed. You may park it on the street, but keep in mind, per city ordinance, it must be connected to a vehicle.
Guests will have access to the entire unit, pool area, and canal area.

-One parking pass assigned (additional cars may park on the street)
-Trailers not permitted in the parking lot
