This unit that sleeps 8 comes straight out of a magazine with a deluxe living area, updated kitchen, and large master with a king bed. Upstairs check out 2 guests rooms, loft area, and balcony that overlooks the water. Outside sit on either the back patio or upper deck and enjoy your favorite drink while the kids fish off the pier. Don't forget to take the quick 2 minute trip to the beach!

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a king in the downstairs master, 2 queens in the upstairs bedroom, and 2 twins (day bed with a trundle pullout bed) in the upstairs loft area. One of the upstairs guest rooms has direct access to the balcony that over looks the canal. Bring your boat and keep it in the lift for your stay and enjoy parking on site.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

This property is only a two-minute drive to the beach (five minute walk). Property has boat or jet ski access. Dock is accessible from Packery Channel Boat ramps, a 5 minute boat ride!
Guests will have access to the entire condo, patios, and boat slip.
