Las Haciendas D
BEAUTIFULLY decorated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath coastal home located directly on a canal and close to the beach! This unit that sleeps 8 comes straight out of a magazine with a deluxe living area, updated kitchen, and large master with a king bed. Upstairs check out 2 guests rooms, loft area, and balcony that overlooks the water. Outside sit on either the back patio or upper deck and enjoy your favorite drink while the kids fish off the pier. Don't forget to take the quick 2 minute trip to the beach!
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a king in the downstairs master, 1 king and 1 queen beds in the upstairs bedrooms, and 2 twins (day bed with a trundle pullout bed) in the upstairs loft area. One of the upstairs guest rooms has direct access to the balcony that over looks the canal. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home.
We also provide towels for each bathroom, but be sure to pack your beach towels!
There is no pool at this complex, but guests can enjoy the canal for boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking. We do not provide equipment for water activities.
This property is only a two-minute drive to the beach (five minute walk). Property has boat or jet ski access. Dock is accessible from Packery Channel Boat ramps, a 5 minute boat ride!
There is one assigned parking space. Additional cars would need to park on the street. Trailer parking is not permitted at this complex. Most visitors to the area will rent a space from Marker 37 for their trailer and boat launch needs. Please note guests do NOT have access to the garage.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, patios, and boat slip.
Things to note:
-8 Guests MAX per city permit
-Booking guest must be 21+ and MUST stay during the booking, no third party bookings
-ANIMALS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED PER HOA
