Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. Be sure to pack coffee and beach towels!

The kitchen has dishes to cook with, plates, cups, and cutlery is also provided. We have bath towels, and bedding for the sofa bed.
Guests have access to the pool, boat slips (first come first serve), and fishing docks.

We do allow guests to have 1 dog only, no cats or other animals. Guests should add their pet as a guest when they book and pay the pet fee. Pets are not permitted on beds or couches, allowed to be left alone to bark and bother other guests, and should not be allowed to use the bathroom in the condo.

This complex has 19 units, this unit is in the middle building on the second floor. There is no elevator on site.

There is on assigned parking space. Boats and trailers may not be parked in the parking lot. Additional vehicles will need to be parked on the street.
