Beautifully updated 1st floor condo next to the pool with great water view. Kick open the French doors and enjoy the view and breeze from the water while cooking dinner or hanging in the living room. This fully stocked home that is located just a few minutes from the beach is ready for your getaway! Bring your boat and tie up in one of the slips or just take advantage of the fishing deck to throw a line in! Other close attractions are the National Seashore, Aquarium, and Lexington!
This condo is on the first floor with a private balcony on a canal! The bed is a queen bed. This home sleeps 2 people max.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!
We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee. Be sure to pack pool towels or purchase some from local beach shops. If you are cold natured, consider bringing an extra blanket.
We are pet friendly BUT only we have a 1 dog max, pets must be under 20 lbs, must be registered at time of booking and pay the $90 fee, AND we require pets not be allowed on beds or couches. Cats and other animals are not allowed, dogs only.
