Tie up your boat or cast a line on any of the lower decks available for your use! Rent a golf cart and head to the beach or check out any of the islands favorite local eateries!
First floor, one bedroom, beautifully updated condo located by the pool. This unit is perfectly sized for a solo trip or an adventurous couple wanting to have a nice quiet getaway. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the large sitting deck and watch the sunset while grilling your dinner or pull your boat into a slip and throw a line off the fishing platform. Looking for more adventure? Rent a golf cart and take the 2 mile trip to Whitecap Beach or check out some of our favorite local restaurants!!
This condo is located on the widest part of the canal, giving you absolutely AMAZING sunset views and the perfect setting for boating and fishing.
You’re just a 3 minute drive to the beach, with a nearby park within walking distance and MANY fantastic local restaurants and shops close by for all the vacation fun. Whether you're here to relax, fish, boat, or beach-hop, you’re in the perfect spot.

Complex Description and Amenities
This quiet complex features three buildings and only 19 total units, making it peaceful uncrowded compared to many other complexes.
Guests enjoy:
-Shared pool (not heated)
-Shared grill areas
-Shared fishing decks
-Shared boat slips (first come, first serve)
-Gorgeous canal views from every condo
Parking
-ONE assigned parking space per condo (matches your unit number).
-A few unmarked spaces and limited street parking are available for additional vehicles.
-Guests should NEVER park in another unit’s assigned space.
-No trailer parking allowed in the lot. (See boating details below.)
Dog Friendly
We welcome ONE dog under 20 lbs.
-Pet fee: $90
-Dog must be declared on your reservation and fee paid prior to arrival.
-ONE DOG ONLY: UNDER 20lbs.
-No cats, birds, bunnies, or other animals permitted.
Boating and Fishing
This is a dream spot for fishermen and boaters!
-Boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis
-Shared fishing decks for guest use
-No trailer parking allowed onsite
-City ordinance requires any street-parked trailer to remain attached to a vehicle. Many guests choose to launch and store trailers at Marker 37 Marina, which is a convenient and popular option on the island.

***For longer stays or heavier use, you may want to bring extras or visit a nearby grocery store.

-If you tend to get chilly, consider packing an extra blanket.
Rules for this unit are as follows:
1 dog under 2olbs, with paid pet fee, NO OTHER ANIMALS are allowed (no cats, no birds, no bunnies, etc)
Smoking is not permitted.
Parties are NOT permitted.
Children are allowed.
The minimum age to book is 21.
