Stay at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo located on the 1st floor w/ a large private patio overlooking the water. Inside you’ll find everything you need to relax family or friends. Grab your favorite drink and take advantage of the sitting area right outside your back door and enjoy the views. During the day take a dip in the pool, throw a line of dock, or take the quick 5 minute trip and hit the beach. Extra fun: rent a golf cart to cruise the island and check out some of our great local

We are pet friendly! But guests must register their pets when they book and pay the pet fee. One dog max, under 20lbs. PET FEE REQUIRED. Dogs only, no other type of animal allowed.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom features two twins. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. This two bedroom condo accommodates 6 guests.

There is one assigned parking space. Additional vehicles may use unmarked spaces or park on the street. All boat trailers would need to be parked on the street or local trailer rental locations.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee. Be sure to pack pool towels or purchase some from local beach shops. If you are cold natured, consider bringing an extra blanket.

We are available 24/7 to make sure you have the best stay possible! Stationed locally on the island ensures a quick response to all of your needs.

Once you book and pay online, you will receive an email with a rental agreement. Once payment and rental agreement are completed, you are booked! You will receive directions for how to check in the day before check in.
