You will love this 1st floor quiet water front condo located on a beautiful canal on North Padre Island! The stunning water view can be seen throughout the living area and of course from the back porch and deck, which is also the perfect place to cast a line or park your boat! This one bedroom condo boasts a comfy king size bed, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious bathroom. The unit is located near a community park and only a short, easy 5 minute drive to the beach and popular local restaurants.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! We provide a drip coffee pot, we do not provide coffee. We provide towels for bathroom use, but do not provide beach towels, be sure to pack beach towels or purchase from local beach shops.
