3 Bedrooms 2.5 Bathrooms Sleeps 10 Corpus Christi

Canal side 3 bedroom condo with 8 beds that sleeps 10! This home away from features a huge downstairs living space, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and a private outdoor patio. Upstairs there is room for everyone with a king, queen, and 6 twin beds. Watch the kids in the pool while celebrating the sunsets with your favorite drink on the deck overlooking the pool! Or cruise to the beach only a 2 minute drive away!

Guests will have complete access to the condo as well as the back patio. Shared spaces include the pool and deck overlooking the water. There is no assigned parking, but only two cars should be parked in front of the unit. Any other vehicles should be parked on the street.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. We do provide a coffee pot, but be sure pack coffee. We do provide bathroom towels, but be sure to pack some pool towels! If you are cold natured, pack an extra blanket.

This two story condo features a spacious living space on the first floor to include living, dining, and kitchen areas. There is also a half bath and a washer and dryer on the first floor.

The second floor hosts three bedrooms and a loft space. The master bedroom features a king bed, one guest room has a queen bed, another has 2 twin beds, while the loft/landing space has two sets of twin beds. The loft/landing space is not private and does not have a door, but easily sleeps 4.

The pool is shared at the complex, but it is a very small complex. You do have permission to fish of the pier and deck space.

Guests may bring TWO vehicles only. Those two vehicles may park directly in front of the unit entrance. If you bring an additional vehicle, it should be parked on the street, NOT in front of other condos. Additionally, if you are bringing a boat keep in mind we do not offer a boat slip, and all trailers must be parked on the street. There is an empty lot next door to the property, but you cannot park there under any circumstances.
