Canal side 3 bedroom condo with 8 beds that sleeps 10! This home features a huge downstairs living space, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and a private outdoor patio. Upstairs there is room for everyone with a king, queen, and 6 twin beds. Watch the kids in the pool while celebrating the sunsets with your favorite drink on the deck overlooking the pool! Or cruise to the beach only a 2 minute drive away!

Guests will have complete access to the condo as well as the back patio. Shared spaces include the pool and deck overlooking the water.

There is no assigned parking, guests will only be able to park on the street. It is a wide street though and a dead end. You may park a trailer on the street, but per city ordinance attached to a vehicle. Most people rent spaces from Marker 37 to park trailers.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. We do provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack coffee. We do provide bathroom towels, but be sure to pack some pool towels! If you are cold natured, pack an extra blanket.

This two story condo features a spacious living space on the first floor to include living, dining, and kitchen areas. There is also a half bath and a washer and dryer on the first floor.

The second floor hosts three bedrooms and a loft space. The master bedroom features a king bed, one guest room has a queen bed, another has 2 twin beds, while the loft/landing space has two sets of twin beds. The loft/landing space is not private and does not have a door, but easily sleeps 4.

The pool is shared at the complex, but it is a very small complex. You do have permission to fish off the pier and deck space.
