Welcome to your perfect island getaway — a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a canal view and your very own boat slip!

This two-story unit is ideal for families or groups, with a full bedroom and bathroom on each floor, giving everyone their own space. Upstairs you'll find a comfy king-size bed, while downstairs features a queen bed plus a twin cot for extra sleeping room.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials to cook up your favorite meals, a drip coffee maker (but we do not provide coffee), and when you're ready to hit the sand, Whitecap Beach and Padre Balli Park are just a quick 5-minute drive away.

Accessibility Perk:
The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, with no steps needed to access the front porch — perfect for guests who prefer or need first-floor accommodations, a rare find in this area!

Parking & Boat Info:
You'll have one assigned parking space, (in front of the garage) plus access to unmarked guest spots and street parking. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage.

Bringing your boat? Please note: trailers must be parked on the street, with a vehicle attached to them (per city ordinance). Lots of people prefer to rent spaces for trailer parking at Marker 37, check them out online.

The boat slip is yours to use during your stay, though there is no lift available.

What's Included:
We provide a starter set of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, and basic soaps. For longer stays, consider bringing along a few extras from home or shop locally for them when you run out.

While we don’t provide beach gear, we’re happy to recommend local rental shops or nearby stores to grab whatever you need.
