Grab your shades and bring your boat! This two bedroom, two bath condo has a killer canal view and a boat slip! This two story unit has a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, perfect for giving everyone in the family their space. There is a king bed upstairs and a queen bed and twin cot bed downstairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. White Cap Beach and Padre Balli beaches are only a quick 5 min drive away!

There is one full bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, with no steps needed to access the front porch, this is a great spot for those who need first floor rooms.

There is one assigned parking space, unmarked guest spaces, and street parking available. If you bring your boat, trailer must be parked on the street.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. We do not provide beach gear, but can recommend multiple places to rent beach gear or you can purchase anything you need at local beach shops!

We live on the island and our available 24/7 for all guest needs! If you're looking for a recommendation or even directions, don't hesitate to ask!

**Please note you may use the boat slip, but there is not a boat lift to use.
