This three bedroom home is perfect for fisherman, but families, girls' trips, and anyone who loves a gorgeous canal view and a dreamy sunset will find this the PERFECT home for a vacation in Corpus Christi!

On the first floor of the town home guests will find a kitchen, full bath, washer and dryer, BUT the best part is the living and dining room area with canal water views.

The second story features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has a desk, water views of the canal, and a king bed. One guest room features two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a TV, the other bedrooms do not. This home sleeps 6 guests total.

No need to spend all your time indoors though, walk out the back door and find out why we call this the "Dock of the Bay" (Yes, just like the song!) With outdoor seating and a spacious back yard, you won't want to go back inside! Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the sun set. A few steps from the porch is an amazing deck, plenty of space to cast a line, a boat slip/lift, and a fish cleaning station. Few place in the area have a private back yard and a boat slip! Did I mention the nearest boat launch is a two minute drive away?

Our favorite amenity is parking! Parking can be tricky during peak season here on the island, but the driveway here is large enough for 4 vehicles end to end to park. OR two vehicles end to end, with a boat trailer on the other side.

There is not a pool here, BUT many guests enjoy packing their paddle board and cruising the canal! Also, the beach is a 3 minute drive and 10 minute walk!

Things to consider: Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or visit a local grocery store. We do not provide beach gear or beach towels, so be sure to pack those. We do offer a drip coffee maker, just pack your fav coffee!

Check in is 4pm.
Check out is 10am.

The garage is NOT included in this rental, guests will NOT have access to the garage.
Don't forget: SMOKING and ANIMALS are NOT permitted at this property.
