This unique space is very roomy!

The second floor is the main access point of the property with a few out door stairs to access the front door. This floor hosts the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath (along with its on private balcony).

There are stairs in the kitchen that lead to the third floor where guests can enjoy three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds. There are two full bathrooms on this floor, each with walk in showers.

The first floor is unique. Opening the garage door will allow access to this loft space. There is a queen bed, two cot beds, a kitchenette that has a dining table, microwave, a sink and other kitchen basics. This floor has a back door leading the the patio area. In fact, each floor has a back door leading the private deck and patio area. Please keep in mind: the first floor loft space does not have indoor stairs to access the other floors.

Guests have access to the entire place! Including the garage, deck space, and boat slip! This property does not have a pool, but it is a 3 minute drive from White Cap Beach! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off, a great fishing deck, and ample space for outdoor dining and relaxing to watch the sunset.

Guests may NOT park boats or trailers at the complex, but may use street parking.
