Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. We try to keep pool towels at the property, but sadly they tend to disappear. So, definitely pack a few! We do have a drip coffee pot, we do not provide coffee so don’t forget to bring your favorite kind. We do provide sheets and a quilt on each bed, but for those who may be cold natured, grab an extra blanket to pack 🙂

There is a lot to do in the area! You will be in literal walking distance to North Beach, a few local parks, and as mentioned, the U.S.S. Lexington and Texas State Aquarium are a ten minute drive away. There are a few restaurants nearby, and downtown is not far away and offers a great deal of eateries and shopping experiences.

This location is close to Portland and Sinton also. If you are seeking corporate housing for temporary work in the area, this is a great spot!

The property does not have a complete water view, there are buildings between you and the water, BUT you can see parts of the bay from the balcony and living room! And you can walk to the beach.

We offer keyless entry. We will create a unique code for you to use to access the property during your stay.

North Beach does not have boat access points, but if you do plan on bringing a boat, keep in mind it must be parked on the street, and the nearest boat launches are about 20-30 minutes from this location.

The person booking should be 21; parties are not allowed. Smoking inside is also not permitted. Pets are not permitted per complex rules.

This property has stairs leading up to the town home. There is not an elevator on site.
