Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch while overlooking the canal at this spacious first floor condo! Relax with the family in the cute coastally decorated home with an extended living/dining area that wraps into the kitchen. Outside let the kids take advantage of the large pool, designated boat slip, or sit under the pergola and fish from the dock. Centrally located on the island, you're only a few minutes from any of the beaches and all of the great restaurants the island life has to offer.

Guests will have the entire home for personal use. Pool will be accessible with pool key. There is a very spacious dock space available for fishing and relaxing!

This condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom area has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bed and twin top bed. There is one bathroom, a washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen, and a private porch overlooking the canal. There is a boat slip also!

There is NO garage access. Grills are not allowed at this complex. Animals are NOT allowed.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

We live on the island and are available 24/7 for all guest needs. Whether you're looking for directions or recommendations we are here for you!

Clean and Quiet Location

Great location. Near Mustang and Padre Islands. Easy to find less crowded beaches. Quick drive to Corpus. We didn’t bring a boat, but slip was right outside the door. Very clean and quiet complex.

Well-appointed condo/apartment on ground floor next to canal and boat dock. Great location close to Mustang Island Beaches and decent selection of restaurants close by. Apartment was very comfortable with pleasant seaside theme. Bedrooms were comfortable and had good range of amenities including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Amanda was a helpful and responsive host and took time to respond to our questions. Great place for a weekend famil getaway.
