Grab your favorite someone and enjoy your favorite drink on the water front balcony or relax in the evening at the pool after a long day at the nearby beach. This is a well stocked 2 bedroom unit featuring a king, queen, and queen couch bed in the living room to sleep a total of 6. This second floor unit features an elevator, so no need for the stairs after visiting the local island shops and restaurants!

Don't forget to bring your boat! This unit has a designated boat slip with a lift. Trailers are NOT permitted in the parking lot but you may park them on the street.

Guests will have access to the pool, elevator, and deck that runs along the canal by the condo. This unit also has a private boat slip which will allow you to get to the intercoastal quickly!

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

Animals are NOT permitted at this property.

We live on the island and are available 24/7 for all guest needs. Let us know if we can do anything for you from directions/recommendations to issues in the unit!
