Gorgeous condo located on the corner of top floor (elevators available) with 2 walls of water views. Spacious living and dining room tie into the long breakfast bar and kitchen. Take your favorite drink outside onto the balcony that overlooks a wide canal and gated condo pool. Large fishing deck and pier available for the kids to throw a line in and catch fish. This condo is nestled in the center of the island giving golf cart access to restaurants and the beaches down the street.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit as well as the pool/dock area.
You will find a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the guest room, and a transformed space that has a queen/twin bunk bed, to easily sleep 7 people.

Traveling with a boat? There is NOT a boat slip for this condo. The complex does not offer trailer or boat parking, but you can rent a space nearby at Marker 37. There are also many boat launches on the island you can search for online. PLEASE note: you may NOT park your trailer in the parking lot. It is a small complex and trailers are not allowed. You may park it on the street, but keep in mind, per city ordinance, it must be connected to a vehicle. Marker 37 is a great place to park your trailer.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! We provide a drip coffee pot, we do not provide coffee. We provide towels for bathroom use, but do not provide beach towels, be sure to pack beach towels or purchase from local beach shops.
If you are cold natured, please pack an extra blanket. We do provide towels for showers and such, but we do not offer beach towels, so definitely pack those.

-One assigned parking space (additional cars may park on the street)
-Trailers not permitted in the parking lot
-No smoking
