Beautifully remodeled condo with room for 10! Grab your favorite drink and put your feet up while enjoying the views from this unit's 3rd floor balcony (elevator on property). Inside, your group will have room to spread out in the spacious living room or in one of the 3 sleeping areas. There are plenty of activities whether it's swimming in the large pool that overlooks the canal, fishing off the deck, or making the short 5 minute drive to lay out on the beach! There is something for everyone!!
Guests will have access to the entire unit, pool (by the use of a key) and the fishing/deck area.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home.
This home features a king bed in the bedroom. Two full size beds in one guest room, and two bunks in the other room. This sleeps 10 guests. Per city permit, we cannot exceed 10.
This is a single story unit on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator on site at the property. There is also a community pool and fishing deck. Grilling is not allowed per HOA.
Things to pack:
-Beach towels (we do not provide those)
-Coffee (we do provide a coffee maker though!)
-Extra blanket if you are cold natured
Things to remember:
-Animals are NOT allowed
-Parties are NOT allowed
-Guests should be 21 to book
-Smoking is NOT permitted
-Trailers cannot be parked on site (you can park them on the street or rent a space from Marker 37)
-Open parking, so there is no assigned parking
