Important Notes:
-A grill is available at the community pool for guest use.
-There are two dedicated parking spaces; additional vehicles may park on the street. This is a HUGE perk on the island where parking can be hard at many complexes. 
-Washer and dryer are both located in the unit.
-There is unmarked parking throughout the complex for additional vehicles.

This is a two story townhome
-Downstairs guests will find: living space/game room, two bedrooms, half bath, full bath, and access to back porch and a picnic table. 
-Upstairs guests will find: living room (WITH SOFA BED), master bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom, and half bathroom.
-The pool is a shared space with other guests at the complex. There is an outdoor shower at the pool and charcoal grills to use. -Book now and make unforgettable memories in this perfect home for large families or multi family vacations! 

Please consider: Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. We provide a coffee maker, but pack your own coffee. Additionally, we provide bath towels but not beach towels, so pack a few beach towels for the beach trips you will definitely make because the beach is not far at all!
