Live the island life in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 8, just a short walk to the beach! Whether you're lounging by the pool, grilling out, or cruising the island in a rented golf cart, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway.

Inside the Condo:

*Spacious living area—great for hanging out!
*Private back patio—an added bonus for relaxing outdoors.
*Fully stocked kitchen and laundry area on the first floor, plus a half bath.
*Upstairs bedrooms:
-Master Suite – King bed and private bathroom.
-Guest Room 1 – Queen bed.
-Guest Room 2 – Full bed.
*Downstairs Sleeping Options – 2 twin cots for 4 more guests.

What we provide:
* STARTER set of toiletries and paper goods, we do not replenish, so be sure to pack extras or shop locally
*Washer/Dryer
*Sheets and a blanket on each bed
*Towels in each bathroom (we do not offer beach or pool towels)
*Dishes for cooking and eating
*Wifi
* Coffee maker (pack your fav coffee!)

Outdoor Perks and Amenities:
-Pool and grill area (bring your own charcoal & clean up after use).
-Two assigned parking spaces + unmarked guest parking
-Golf cart rentals nearby for cruising the island

Important Info:
-No pets allowed.
-Guests have full access to the condo, pool, and grilling area.
-Starter set of essentials provided (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps). Bring extras for longer stays.
-Coffee pot provided, just pack your favorite coffee!
-Towels included for bathrooms,please bring your own for the beach/pool.
-ALL BEDROOMS ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR

The host was sweet and informative. The pictures don’t even do it justice, it’s much better in person. It was a comfortable space for as many people as we had there. I was impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with flatware and accessories in order to make dinner. We’ll definitely book again the next time we make a trip down there. We were impressed with how spacious it was.
