Grab your favorite drink and enjoy the views from the 3rd floor balcony that looks out to the ocean. Inside this spacious one bedroom unit there is room for 4 and everything you need for the perfect getaway. Take advantage of the complex amenities such as designated parking, a heated pool, hot tub, gym, grilling stations, and gazebo. Quick beach access by walking past the dunes on the paved sidewalk. Need more adventure? Cruise the island in a rented golf cart and check out local shops!!

Everything on the island is close! Many like to ride in style on golf carts and we recommend Joyride Rentals which is within walking distance to the condo. Reservations can also be made online ahead of time.

There is one designated parking space in front of the building. If additional spots are needed then unmarked spots in the lots may be used. Trailers must be registered at the front office during business hours. This unit is on the 3rd floor; there are no elevators at this complex.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Really loved staying in this third story condo! We had stayed at this location last year but in a different unit, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay this time as much as the last. Besides Amanda being a great host and having a clean beautiful unit, Beach Club condominiums are maintained nicely and offer a lot of amenities on sight! Amanda offered some great recommendations especially since I was celebrating my birthday while staying here and had no idea where to have my birthday dinner! We had a great relaxing stay.

Perfect location and views!

Perfect location and views. Our kids absolutely loved our time spent at the pool and beach. We felt comfortable letting them explore and loved how close it was to the golf cart rental place and different beach access points. The condo was clean and tidy and very welcoming. We plan to come back again and hope to rent through Amanda again!

This condo is perfect for a weekend or weeks long getaway! The condo was spotless with access to many amenities and within walking distance to the beach. Amanda was wonderful and provided instructions in advance as well as a welcome book in the condo upon arrival with local recommendations. There are plenty of pots, pans, and dishes in good condition if you want to cook. If not, there are many restaurants on the island. Washer and dryer worked great too. The gym and pool were also only a short walk away. Gym equipment is in good condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Best condo I have stayed at thus far.

We stayed here with my two kids and it was a much larger apartment then I thought in the pictures. Right by whitecap beach. They had everything I needed even scissors!!! Lol. Very accommodating and by far the best condo I have stayed at thus far.
