This condo features a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed, to comfortably sleep 4 people. There is a TV in the master bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen will have your basic cooking items, dish-ware, and flatware. There is a keurig coffee maker. Just pack your coffee and coffee items! 

This condo is on the 3rd floor). There is NO ELEVATOR on site. 

This condo features a spacious, private balcony. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk away! Or a 2 minute drive! Take advantage of the grills near your unit, and the ample guest parking directly across from the building this unit is located in. 

The pool is heated in the winter, there is a hot tub, and there are charcoal grills at the pool. The clubhouse features a gym, sauna, and meeting space. 

You can park your boat trailer at the complex, one of the few places in the area that allows this! Just be sure to get a pass from the front complex office. 

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or visit a local grocery store. We do not provide beach gear or beach towels, so be sure to pack those. 

We do offer towels in each bathroom for guest use. These should not be taken to the beach or pool. 
There is one assigned parking space. All other vehicles should use guest parking space. Guests should NEVER park in a space not assigned to them. 

This condo is near Whitecap Beach, many local restaurants, boutiques, and other fun places to visit while on your Corpus Christi vacation!
