2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Sleeps 6 Corpus Christi

This condo features a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, to comfortably sleep 6 people. There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen will have your basic cooking items, dish ware, and flatware. There are two coffee pots, a drip and keurig. Just pack your coffee and coffee items! 

This condo is on the second floor. There are a few steps leading to a landing pad at the complex, then a few steps to the front door (see pics of both sets). There is NO ELEVATOR on site. 

This property is near the pool and near the private lake, yes you can fish there! The private balcony offers lovely views of the water! The beach is a quick 5 minute walk away. Or a 2 minute drive!
The pool is heated in the winter, there is a hot tub, and there are charcoal grills at the pool. The clubhouse features a gym, sauna, and meeting space. 

You can park your boat trailer at the complex, one of the few places in the area that allows this! Just be sure to get a pass from the front complex office. 

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or visit a local grocery store. We do not provide beach gear or beach towels, so be sure to pack those. 

We do provide linens for the sofa bed, but if you are cold natured in general, be sure to pack an extra blanket! 

We do offer towels in each bathroom for guest use. These should not be taken to the beach or pool. 
There is one assigned parking space. All other vehicles should use guest parking space. Guests should NEVER park in a space not assigned to them. 

This condo is near Whitecap Beach, many local restaurants, boutiques, and other fun places to visit while on your Corpus Christi vacation!
