Spacious 2 story corner condo with a private patio that backs up to the pool! Bring your family to stay at this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo that comfortably sleeps 7 people. Pack your pole and enjoy fishing in the lake directly in front of the unit or sit and relax on the patio while watching the kids play in the pool. When you're ready for some sand between your toes just take the 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the beach and have some fun in the sun. There is plenty to do on our great island!

Guests will be able to park in the giant driveway and have quick direct access to the front door. Downstairs will have laundry room, half bath, kitchen, dining, and living room. Upstairs will be the 3 bedrooms. The master has its own balcony that overlooks the water and the 2 guest rooms share a balcony that overlooks the pool area.

The master has a king, one room has a queen, and a third room has a queen and twin.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, including garage! The only shared space will be inside the fenced pool area.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!
