This home is PERFECT for families, girls trips, fishing trips, and just anyone looking to get away to the Corpus Coast! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental is just a short walk to the beach and sits across the street from a fishing spot. With only 12 units in the complex, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay with minimal noise and plenty of space at the pool.

Highlights You'll Love:

Garage/Parking Access: This is one of the few places on the island with garage access! Park in the garage, store your fishing or beach gear in the garage. Parking will NOT be an issue here! Up to four vehicles can easily park here, and there is also a very wide street parking area available.

Private Patio – Overlooks the pool, offering great visibility for kids at the pool.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, each guest room has a queen bed, and there are two cot beds also available. There is a TV in the master bedroom.

Convenience and Comfort – Washer/dryer inside the unit and keyless entry for easy check-in.

Access – Guests have full access to the unit, including the garage. The only shared space is inside the fenced pool area.

What to Know Before You Book:
-No pets allowed.
-Coffee maker provided, but bring your favorite coffee!
-Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

Starter Essentials Included:
A complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps is provided. For longer stays, consider bringing extras or shopping locally.

The condo was very clean, had all of the mentioned amenities and the location to the beach was great! Our original booking cancelled on us the day of and Seascape Properties got us into the condo within an hour of booking. We will definitely be back!

Great space and location. This has been my husband\'s favorite beach stay; usually the AC isn\'t the greatest at the beach, but it stayed nice and cold, and we slept great. The washer and dryer were nice to have.

This place was perfect for my family. The beach toys and pop up made available in the property was a godsend for beach trips with two small children. The pool right outside the condo was a big hit too. The property itself was very clean with comfortable furnishings for everyone. We\'re already talking about going back!
