This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath vacation rental is walking distance to the beach and across the street from a great fishing hole. Unit features a private patio that backs up to the pool for great visibility for the kids. Only 10 units in the property which keeps noise and poolside competition at a minimum. Washer and dryer inside the unit, plenty of parking and with a king bed, 2 queens, and a queen sofa there is plenty of space for everybody. This will be your new home away from home!

We use a keyless entry to make checking in a breeze. There is plenty of parking on the street for extra vehicles or any boat trailers you do not want to keep in the driveway. The garage is a great storage place as well!

Guests will have access to the entire unit, including garage! The only shared space will be inside the fenced pool area.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

The condo was very clean!

The condo was very clean, had all of the mentioned amenities and the location to the beach was great! Our original booking cancelled on us the day of and Seascape Properties got us into the condo within an hour of booking. We will definitely be back!

Great space and location. This has been my husband\'s favorite beach stay; usually the AC isn\'t the greatest at the beach, but it stayed nice and cold, and we slept great. The washer and dryer were nice to have.
