This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath vacation rental is walking distance to the beach and across the street from a great fishing hole. Unit features a private fenced in patio with a fire pit and gas grill. The sitting area has an open view to the pool so the kids can be seen easily! Only 10 units in the property which keeps noise and poolside competition at a minimum. Washer and dryer inside the unit, plenty of parking, a king bed, a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a bunk room that sleeps 5!

The unit is incredibly spaces with plenty of seating inside and out. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with the living area and laundry room down. Large driveway and plenty of street parking for extra guests or boats trailers.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

Amanda was proactive and had all information delivered before I even needed it to ensure this would be a great time for our group. This home is the perfect house to enjoy with a group. We had a big group and it fit us perfectly with beds to spare. The decor was so much fun and we all felt right at home. The location is perfect to hit up several different beaches, restaurants, and nearby attractions. We cooked all of our meals for this trip and had everything we needed and also things we forgot to prep our meals. The pool was almost always empty and we all enjoyed our time in it. Gorgeous gorgeous home!!!

Staying here was great! We had plenty of room for everyone and the house was very clean, coming with plenty of appliances for the kitchen. The pool was never too busy to enjoy, and the beach was only about a five-minute walk.

This is a lovely, exceptionally clean and well-appointed condo! Among other things, we chose it for the proximity to White Cap Beach, but we especially loved the bunk bed room for our kids. Everyone had their own spot and enjoyed their time. We would definitely recommend to others and we would love to stay again.
