Enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway in this comfortable condo, with canal views, perfectly located near restaurants, shopping, and only a 5 minute drive to the beach!

The condo features a cozy living space with a canal view, a stocked kitchen, a private balcony on the waterfront, and TWO complex pools!

This home is at a complex called Anchor Resort. This complex features two pools. One is an indoor pool, the second is an outdoor pool. The complex also offers fishing decks where guests can cast a line and fish! Guests can also rent a boat slip from the complex. There is a fitness room and community library space as well.

This home features:
-2 bedrooms (Guest bed has a full size bed and twin bunk, master bedroom has a queen bed); sleeps 5 per city permit
-One bathroom
-Kitchen, stocked with dishes needed to prepare and serve meals
-Dining space
-Private balcony with waterfront views
-Livingroom
-Wifi
-Washer and dryer
-TWO assigned parking spaces in a parking garage, guest parking at the complex for other vehicles are first come first serve
-Two pools, one indoor and one outdoor (pool bracelets provided and must be worn at the pools)
-Drip coffee maker (Just pack your fav coffee and filters!)
-Charcoal grills at the complex, shared spaces guests may use
-Fishing deck guest have access to
-Fitness Room on Site-Shaded BBQ and Outdoor Eating Spaces on Site
-Library/Lounge Area-Fishing Pier and Fish Cleaning Station at the Complex
-Boat Slip Optional (read on for details on how that works)
-Second floor condo, NO ELEVATOR

Pools: Yes, that is plural because there are TWO pools on site at this complex! One indoor pool, which is located in the same building as this condo. AND one outdoor pool only a short walk away. 

Laundry Facilities: There is no washer or dryer in the home, BUT there is a laundry facility on site guests may use. 

Parking: There is ONE assigned parking space in the parking garage, best suited for smaller vehicles. There are also unmarked parking spaces throughout the complex guests may use. Please remember, trailers are NOT permitted to be parked on site. 

Balcony: Enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings on the private balcony!

Fitness Center/Library: This complex features a fitness center and library with ample seating for relaxing, or working. This space is exclusive to Anchor Resort guests.

Check In/Out: Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am

LOCATION: This stylish condo is located in a GREAT location! Of course this complex sits on a canal for fishing and boating access, BUT it is also within walking distance to two restaurants, with many others only a short drive away. Mustang Island Beach and Whitecap Beach are only a short 5 minute drive away! 

Boat Slip: The complex itself does allow boat slip rentals, however, all of that is managed through the complex office. After you book, the number will be shared with you and you can pre-arrange to reserve a boat slip. All fees for the boat slip and communication regarding the boat slip is done through Anchor Resort front office after booking. Please keep in mind, boat trailers may NOT be parked at the complex. Most visitors to the area use local marinas like Marker 37 to store their trailers. 

Things to consider:

*If you have a boat or trailer, please note there is NOT a boat slip and trailer parking is not permitted. Guests visiting the area often rent a trailer spot and slip from Marker 37, a local Marina.

*ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED at this home

*The front door enters the guest bedroom, though this seems a bit different, it is cozy and does not pose an issue for guests. The layout of the home is unique but allows for the living spaces and master bedroom to have full canal views.

*There are stairs to enter the home! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. This condo has stairs leading to the landing, and stairs leading to the front door. BUT the home is single story, and there are no stairs inside the home.


Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or shop locally.

If you are cold natured, consider packing an extra blanket. We do offer towels for each bathroom, but please bring your beach/pool towels.

HOA and HOUSE RULES:
-NO ANIMALS ALLOWED, strictly enforced
-NO SMOKING in the pool area, smoking must take place in the parking lot only
-NO PARTIES or underage drinking
-Booking guest should be 21 and should stay during the reservation
-Trailers and boats may not park in the parking lot

Great rate, Clean place, Near the Beach

We stayed here 3 nights. The place was clean and nice. It was great having a stove to cook the fresh seafood at the nearby seafood shop, and being next to an HEB was so convenient. The pool is well kept and quiet. The view overlooks a canal and the A/C was lovely after a day in the sun.
