Summit House
Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This stylish 3BR home sleeps 7 and offers comfort, convenience, and fun on the water. Enjoy direct canal access for your boat or kayak, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of covered parking for vehicles and trailers. Perfect for families or fishermen, close to beaches, boat launches, and fishing spots. Relax on the deck, feel the breeze, and watch sunsets over the canal in beautiful Flour Bluff, Corpus Christi.
This three bedroom, two bathroom home is fully stocked with everything you need for your home away from home! The master suite has a king bed. One of the guest rooms features three twin beds (one is a bunk). The other guest bedroom has a queen bed and features a desk for a work station. Each room also has a TV. There is a washer and dryer too!
There are stairs to access this home (there is no elevator) as the home is on stilts. This does allow fro ample parking though! Three cars can park under the home, with room for more cars, or a trailer in the driveway outside of the gate encloses the space under the home (see pictures for more information).
You will find that this home is located in a great spot! There are two boat ramps near by, HEB is also very close, and Padre Island is a 10 minute drive across the bridge! The area boasts many great restaurants and so many fun things to do!
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home.
We do provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack coffee! We also provide bath towels, but be sure to pack a few beach towels as we do not offer beach towels.
Please note: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. Also, ANIMALS are NOT ALLOWED in this home. Parties are NOT allowed.
