It has two bedrooms, two baths and a spacious living area. Comes with a covered boat lift for all your fishing needs as well as a covered parking space. Soak up the sun by the complex pool and hot tub. Lots of common space to enjoy with family and friends under the cabana. Just minutes to the beach and popular shops and restaurants.

This unit has 6 beds: a king in the master, 2 bunk beds with a full and twin on top in the guest room, and a murphy bed that can sleep an additional person in the living room.

This property is pet friendly; pets under 20 lbs with a $50 pet fee. Pets are not permitted in beds.

There is a covered assigned parking spot labeled 204 on the bumper. Additional parking is available in the lot, but please note trailers are NOT permitted and must be parked on the street.

*This unit is on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator*

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!
