There is plenty of parking in the spacious driveway. Up to 4 cars can park in the driveway, or 2 vehicles and a boat trailer could easily fit. Please keep in mind the garage is not available for guest use.
There is no pool, BUT the home is on the canal. Fish, swim, and watch sunsets each day during your stay! There is also a spacious back porch and a separate covered pergola for morning coffee or evening meals.
This property is a two story townhome. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There are no bedrooms on the first floor. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom (also a toddler bed), and a triple full size bunk bed in the other guest bedroom. The property only allows 8 guests per city permit.
Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home. We do not provide beach gear, but can recommend multiple places to rent beach gear or you can purchase anything you need at local beach shops!
We live on the island and our available 24/7 for all guest needs! If you're looking for a recommendation or even directions, don't hesitate to ask!

Booking guest must be 21 years of age.
We do not provide beach gear or beach towels. Be sure to pack those!
If you are cold natured, please pack an extra blanket as we do not have extra blankets beyond what is on each bed.
We do not offer an outdoor grill.
